Printing on the Film:

• The design is printed onto a PET film (a specialized, heat-resistant film) using DTF inks.

Application of Adhesive Powder:

• A hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the printed side of the film.
• This powder allows the design to bond securely to the fabric during the heat transfer process.

Curing:

The adhesive powder is heated just enough to melt and adhere to the design but not to fully transfer it.

Heat Transfer to the Fabric:

The DTF transfer film is placed on the fabric, with the printed design facing down.

A heat press applies heat (usually 160°C/320°F) and pressure for about 10–15 seconds.

Peeling:

• After pressing, the film is peeled off (hot peel or cold peel, depending on the type of DTF transfer used), leaving the design perfectly transferred onto the material.
