REFUNDS & REPRINTS

We offer a 7-day refund & reprint policy!

Contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your order to request a refund or a reprint. If there is an issue with print quality or adherence, we will reissue your order, but not for reasons related to poor file quality. For other refund or reprint requests, please seek approval from management first.

Before placing an order, ensure that all information in your shipping address is correct. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming all order details.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you don’t receive your refund within 7 working days:

Check your bank account
Reach out to your credit card issuer; your credit card issuer may take a few days to post your refund.
Contact your bank; your bank often takes some time to post a refund.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
