Printing on the Film:
Application of Adhesive Powder:
Curing:
The adhesive powder is heated just enough to melt and adhere to the design but not to fully transfer it.
Heat Transfer to the Fabric:
The DTF transfer film is placed on the fabric, with the printed design facing down.
A heat press applies heat (usually 160°C/320°F) and pressure for about 10–15 seconds.
Peeling:
The beauty of DTF printing is its flexibility, making it suitable for orders of any size. With no minimum order requirement, you can order as few or as many as you need. Whether you're a business looking for bulk printing or an individual seeking a single custom design, DTF accommodates both.
This flexibility makes DTF a cost-effective and accessible option for all types of customers, from hobbyists to large-scale businesses.
We have sizes from 2" X 2" to 24" X 20 feet
Long-Lasting Prints:
DTF transfers can endure 40–50 washes or more with minimal fading, peeling, or cracking when proper care instructions are followed.
Adhesion and Flexibility:
The hot-melt adhesive used in DTF transfers creates a strong bond with the fabric, ensuring the design stays intact even after multiple washes.
They are flexible and resist cracking, even on stretchy materials.
Fade Resistance:
High-quality DTF inks are formulated to maintain vibrant colors, even after repeated exposure to water and detergents.
