At Transfer Legend, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Order Cancellation

Timing: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and it may not be eligible for cancellation.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Custom Orders: Once we start processing custom DTF transfer orders, they cannot be canceled. This includes any custom designs or specifications requested by the customer.

Orders in Production: Orders that have already entered the production phase are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Eligible Cancellations: For orders canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Stripe Compliance

Dispute Resolution: In compliance with Stripe's policies, we aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a cancellation request leads to a payment dispute, we will work with you and Stripe to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through Stripe. Chargebacks can lead to additional fees and complications.

Changes to the Policy

Transfer Legend reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
